基于数据挖掘探讨张鸣鹤治疗类风湿关节炎活动期用药规律
Exploration of ZHANG Minghe’s Medication Rules in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis at Active Stage by Data Mining Method

Abstract
Objective:To analyze ZHANG Minghe’s medication rules in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) at active stage by data Mining method. Methods:The effective prescriptions of ZHANG Minghe for treating rheumatoid arthritis at active stage were screened out and put into traditional Chinese medicine in-heritance system,so that the frequency of drug usage,combination rules and new prescriptions can be ana-lyzed and found out. Results:A total of 99 effective prescriptions were screened out ,containing 69 herbs. In the “frequency of drug usage” module,20 herbs used with high frequency were found out,most of which were herbs for clearing heat and removing poison ,or driving wind and removing dampness. In the “combina-tion rules” module,the association rules among the herbs were analyzed,which showed that herbs for clearing heat and removing poison had the highest correlation with herbs for driving wind and removing dampness , followed by dampness-draining herbs. In the “New prescription” module,it is found that ZHANG Minghe of-ten combined herbs for clearing heat,driving wind and dampness,draining water,promoting blood circulation and warming the interior together,and payed attention to use herbs with similar effects for their mutual rein-forcement. Conclusion:Aiming at the pathogen of external wind,coldness and dampness and internal heat and fire,ZHANG Minghe took clearing heat and removing poison,driving wind and removing dampness as the main methods in treatment of RA. In medication ,he often used herbs with various effects.关键词
