Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution rules of syndrome types and syndrome elements of ance vulgaris,so as to provide basis for clinical differentiation and treatment. Methods:Clinical observation litera-tures and randomized controlled trials about treatment of ance vulgaris by traditional Chinese medicine in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI) from 1983 to 2013 were retrieved. The syndrome types and syndrome elements of ance vulgaris were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Result:A total of 45 literatures met the inclusion criteria ,involving 6 211 patients. Syndromes of ance vulgaris commonly seen in clinic are hot-wind in lung channel,accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,and dampness-heat in spleen and stomach. The most common pathogenic elements were fire(heat),dampness,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis. The most common location elements were lung,stomach,spleen,thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel. Conclusions:The quality of the existing literatures on acne vulgaris research is not high (lacking of multicenter randomized controlled trials with large samples ). There is no uniform standard for syndrome dif-ferentiation of ance vulgaris. The standard for clinical syndrome differentiation of ance vulgaris should be modified according to its syndrome distribution rules.关键词
