从三焦辨证论治结缔组织病相关间质性肺病
Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Interstitial Lung Disease Caused by Connective Tissue Disease Based on Triple Energizer
摘要
Abstract
On basis of the syndrome differentiation of triple energizer theory in epidemic febrile diseases science,the relationship between interstitial lung diseases caused by connective tissue disease (CTD-ILD) and triple energizer is discussed. The syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease are summarized from the angle of the related viscera in upper ,middle and lower energizer. The CTD-ILD mainly with symptoms relating to the upper energizer(heart and lung) belongs to heart-lung Qi deficiency and blood stasis syn-drome,so tonifying heart and lung should be emphasized in the treatment. For CTD-ILD accompanied by spleen,stomach and large intestine symptoms,on basis of treating pulmonary disease,reinforcing spleen and strengthening Qi,benefiting stomach and harmonizing the middle energizer,moisturizing intestines and remov-ing stagnation also should be valued. For CTD-ILD with kidney symptoms,strengthening lung and kidney should throughout the whole course of the disease.关键词
