董氏奇穴法治疗非洲黑人混合痔术后尿潴留的临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of Uroschesis after Operation for Mixed Hemorrhoid in Black Africans by DONGs Extraordinary Acupoints
摘要
Abstract
objective:To contrast the clinical curative effect of DONGs extraordinary acupoints on treating uroschesis after operation for mixed hemorrhoid in Chinese with that in black Africans and provide clinical evidence for promoteing acupuncture treatment in Africa. Methods:A total of 120 patients with uroschesis af-ter operation for mixed hemorrhoid were selected from the second affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine and Krole Bu teaching hospital,60 from one,the others from another. All the patients were given treatment of “San Huang points” of DONGs extraordinary acupoints. The clinical effect , first urine output,first urinate onset time and residual urine volume after 1 hour of the two groups were ob-served. Results:After treatment,The differences of clinical effect and first urinate onset time of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the first urine output of the black Africans was more than that of the Chinese and the number of Chinese patients whose residual urine volume after 1 hour was more than 50 mL was larger than that of the black Africans,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclu-sion:DONGs extraordinary acupoints have significant effects on both Chinese people and black Africans ,but the effect is more obvious on black Africans,so it is worthy of promotion and application in medical work in Africa.关键词
