温阳宣肺疏肝法治疗抑郁性神经症疗效及对睡眠的影响
Curative Effect of Warming Yang,Diffusing Lung and Soothing Liver Method on Treatment of Depressive Neurosis and Its Effect on Sleep

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of warming Yang ,diffusing lung and soothing liv-er method on treatment of depressive neurosis. Methods:A total of 180 cases of depressive neurosis were randomly divided into two groups. The 98 cases in the treatment group orally took Jieyu decoction based on warming Yang,diffusing lung and soothing liver method and the other 82 cases in the control group orally took paroxetine hydrochloride tablets. One treatment course lasted for 4 weeks and the patients were treated for 3 courses. The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS) and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) rating scale of the two groups were observed and the clinical curative effects were evaluated. Results:After treatment,the SDS score and total effective rate of the treatment group was not sta tistically different from those of the control group(P>0.05). The difference of the total score of PSQI between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the scores of sleep quality and daytime function of the treatment group was better than those of the control group ,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Jieyu decoction based on warming Yang,diffusing lung and sooth-ing liver method on depressive neurosis was equal to that of the western medicine ,but its effect on improv-ing sleep quality and daytime function was better than that of the control group.关键词
