反流性食管炎内镜下微观辨证及用药规律探讨
Discussion of Microcosmic Syndrome Differentiation and Medication Rules of Reflux Esophagitis Observed by Endoscope
摘要
Abstract
According to the different clinical manifestations of esophagus and gastric mucosa ,combined with the features of tongue and pulse,reflux esophagitis can be divided into 3 types of syndrome:heat accumula-tion in liver and stomach syndrome,Qi and phlegm stagnation syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency syn-drome. In this article,the medication experience and rules in different syndromes are discussed. In this way, we could combine macroscopic syndrome differentiation with microcosmic syndrome differentiation and get the organic combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern inspection technology. As a result ,the treat-ment based on syndrome differentiation of reflux esophagitis can be more scientific ,reasonable and effective.关键词
