四物二陈汤及其拆方治疗痰瘀阻络型血管性痴呆临床研究
Clinical Study on Vascular Dementia of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Obstructing Collateral Syndrome Treated by Siwu Erchen Decoction and Its Disassembled Prescriptions

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects and mechanism of Siwu Erchen decoction and its disas-sembled prescriptions on vascular dementia of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome. Meth-ods:A total of 120 patients with vascular dementia of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syn-drome were divided into 4 groups according to the registration order:Siwu Erchen decoction group,Erchen decoction group,Siwu decoction group and aniracetam group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients were respectively treated by Siwu Erchen decoction,Erchen decotion,Siwu decoction and aniracetam capsule. The changes of scores of Hasegawa dementia scale(HDS),Barthel index(BI) and values of total cholesterol(TCH), triacylglycerol(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxidation(LPO) of each group were observed. Results:After treatment,the HDS score and BI of the Siwu Erchen decoction group were obviously higher than those before treatment and those of other groups ,with statistical significance (P<0.01). After treatment,in the Siwu Erchen decoction group,the values of TCH,TG and LPO were obvi-ously decreased and the values of SOD and HDL were obviously increased. Compared with those of the Si-wu Erchen decoction group before treatment and those of other groups after treatment ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Concluson:Siwu Erchen decoction has significant effect on vascular dementia of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome. Its mechanism was related to resolving phlegm and blood stasis.关键词
