46份大白菜种质资源SSR标记的遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of 46 Chinese Cabbage Germplasm Resources with SSR Markers

Abstract
Thirty primers of SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversities of 46 Chinese cabbage varieties.The results showed that a total of 170 alleles were identified with an average of 5.667 alleles per locus,which varied from 2 to 10.The polymorphism information content (PIC)varied wide-ly from 0.367 to 0.793 with an average value of 0.633.And the allelic diversity index varied from 0.485 to 0.817 with an average value of 0.685.Cluster analysis with UPGMA showed that the 46 Chinese cabbage va-rieties could be classified into five groups,which reflected that they owned abundant genetic diversities.关键词
