摘要

Abstract

The contents of forsythin and forsythiaside A in Fructus Forsythiae from 14 sampling points of five counties in Shangluo were tested using HPLC,additionally,the edaphic factors were analyzed by physical and chemical analysis method to get the relationship between the active ingredient contents of Fructus Forsythi-ae and edaphic factors.The results indicated that the content of forsythin showed highly significant correlations with organic matter and available potassium,and the content of forsythiaside A was significantly correlated with available potassium.The abundant organic matter and available potassium contents in the soil could promote the formation and accumulation of forsythin in Fructus Forsythiae,while redundant organic matter and availa-ble nitrogen contents were not good for the accumulation of forsythiaside A.The nearly alkaline soil condition with the average pH value of 7.236 could promote the accumulation of forsythin but prevent that of forsythia-side A.Therefore,whether selecting suitable habitat or scientific fertilization,we all should pay attentions to the effects of organic matter,available potassium,available nitrogen and soil pH value on the quality of Fruc-tus Forsythiae.
