Abstract
The effects of decreasing controlled -release urea application rate on grain yield and nitrogen use efficiency of winter wheat and summer maize were studied through field plot experiment for three years. The results indicated that the nitrogen use efficiency of winter wheat and summer maize could be improved through decreasing controlled -release urea application rate by both 20% and 40%.When the controlled -re-lease urea application rate decreased by 20%,in the first year,the grain yield of winter wheat and summer maize did not significantly decreased;during the next two years,the grain yield of winter wheat was almost in-variant,while that of summer maize declined.关键词
