怀地黄中地黄苷D的提取工艺及不同炮制品含量的比较研究
Study on Extraction Process of Rehmannioside D in Radix Rehmanniae and Its Content Comparison in Different Processed Products

Abstract
To establish the extraction process of rehmannioside D in Radx Rehmanniae,and compare its content in different processed products,the single factor experiments were conducted to optimize the extraction process,and the HPLC method was adopted to detect the rehmannioside D content.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were heating reflux extraction for 2 hours with 60% of methanol,which was stable and reliable with higher extraction rate.The content of rehmannioside D in Radix Rehmanniae was 0.250%,which was higher than that in Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (0.208%).关键词
