摘要

Abstract

Considering the situations of diseases and insect pests occur frequently and pesticides are a-bused severely during greenhouse vegetable planting process,a greenhouse vegetable irrigation system was de-signed based on electrolyzed functional water.It was mainly comprised of electrolyzed functional water produc-tion device and greenhouse vegetable irrigation system.During normal operation of the system,the adjustment range of major parameters were as follows:the raw water flow rate of 0 ~4.0 L/min,the electrolytic current of 0 ~2.00 A,the concentration of electrolyte solution as 0 ~2% and the flow rate of electrolyte solution as 0 ~40 mL/min.The effective storage time of electrolyzed functional water and the stable running time of the e-quipment were ascertained.Meanwhile,the whole machine was tested and the bactericidal effect was verified in the cucumber greenhouse in Shandong Agricultural University experimental base.The results showed that, the effective storage time of electrolyzed functional water was four days and the equipment ran stably after being started for 12 minutes.The electrolyzed functional water could obviously decrease the incidence rate of cucum-ber leaves.For the cucumber fruits,the bactericidal effect of electrolyzed functional water was more than 2 times higher than that of ordinary water.
