保金立甦汤对重症肺炎患者血清PCT、hs-CRP水平的影响
The influence of the Baojin Lisu decoction for the blood PCT 、hs-CRP level of patients with severe pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of the Baojin Lisu decoction for the blood PCT 、hs‐CRP level of patients with severe pneumonia .Methods:Sixty patients with severe pneumonia were selected ,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .Conventional treatment was given to the two groups ,additionally ,treat‐ment group were given Baojin Lisu decoction on the basis of conventional treatment .The control group were given the same amount of warm water on the basis of conventional treatment ,seven days for a course and continuous treatment two weeks in both groups .Record the duration of mechanical ventilation with ventilator and length of ICU stays ,assess the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM ) symptom scores、acute physiology and chronic health avaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ ) score and test the levels of PCT 、hs‐CRP in serum before the treatment and 7 days and 14 days after treatment .Results :The ventilation time and length of ICU stays in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of control group after treatment ,the TCM symptom scores、APACHEⅡ score and the levels of PCT 、hs‐CRP in serum of the two groups were lower after treatment ,and the treatment group was more apparent .Conclusion:Baojin Lisu decoction can reduce the Blood PCT、hs‐CRP level ,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with severe pneumonia ,improve the clini‐cal effect of severe pneumonia ,improving the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia .关键词
