当归四逆汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者震动感觉阈值的影响
Effects of Danggui Sini decoction on vibration threshold of diabetic peripheral neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Danggui Sini decoction on vibration threshold (VPT ) of dia‐betic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) .Methods :Sixty DPN patients were divided into treatment group and control group in random .Both groups were treated with Methycobal pills at the base of treatment ,and the treatment group was treated with Danggui Sini decoction at the same time .After 4 weeks treatment ,the total curative effects ,scores of Toronoto clin‐ical scoring system (TCSS) and VPT were observed .Results :The total curative effects and scores of TCSS of treatment group were better than comparing group .The improvement of VPT in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group after treatment .Conclusion :Danggui Sini decoction possesses significant clinical effect of totel cura‐tive effects and VPT on DPN patients .关键词
