摘要

Abstract

We studied activator ( a nutrients⁃containing medium for endogenous microbe) distribution in a series of flooding experiments in a large⁃scale sand⁃pack column ( 5 600 mm ) . The distribution and transportation of the nutrients in the activator were observed by microbial consumption whereas the control was done in experiments with previously sterilized column. The nutrients in the activator including nitrate, phosphate,corn syrup decreased with the distance of migration. The components of nutrient had different adsorption capacity by the sand⁃pack, with the order of N<P<corn syrup. With the consumption of nutrients by endogenous microorganisms,the order of consumption was corn syrup<N<P . At the beginning of the injection with the activator, with the consumption of nutrients by microorganisms and nutrients migration,huge decrease of the nutrients appeared. When the activator migrated into 2. 5 m depth, nutrients were hardly detectable. Therefore, the conventional injection of activator is difficult to enter effectively into reservoir depths.
