Effect of activator amount on endogenous microbial community in reservoirs
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the effect of activator amount on the endogenous microbial community in reservoirs,we implemented a program with one period of little nutrition (2013⁃10⁃2013⁃11) continued with one period of rich nutrition ( 2014⁃01⁃2014⁃02 ) when the bacterial concentration of endogenous microbial reached to a platform stage. This program was carried out in Zhan 3 block of Shengli Oilfield. After the implementation of the program,the microbial community structure in the Zhan 3 block changed obviously.The bacteria concentration of the oil well production fluid decreased slightly and community diversity increased in the little nutrition stage significantly. While the concentration of bacteria broke through the platform reached above 106 cell/mL and the microbial diversity began to decrease in the rich nutrition stage.We also found that the regulation of activator amount will further affect the production of the field.Decrease of the concentration of activator will improve the production of oil in a certain extent.关键词
