摘要

Abstract

To improve the control of microbial oil displacement process, we used biochemical indicators monitoring technology to monitor the change of microorganism concentration, nutrient utilization and products formation of the samples from Qizhong block of Karamay Oil Fields in Xinjiang. Meanwhile,oil field feedback data were analyzed and evaluated. Field test results show that the cell density of endogenous bacteria was increased by 102 to 103 cell/mL, the cell density of hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria( HOB) was increased by 104 cell/mL, the stage oil increment was 1. 6 × 104 tons, and the oil recovery efficiency increased by 2. 3% during the period of activating endogenous bacteria. The effect of oil increment was positively correlated with the concentration of HOB. Our findings provide a good reference for microbial oil displacement dynamic tracking and effect evaluation.
