Abstract
Based on the indigenous microbial enhance d oil recovery ( MEOR ) technology research and current situation of field experimentation,in this paper,in order to solve the rapid outflow of nutritional agents in the process of endogenous microbial enhanced oil recovery, we developed a new type of stimulation system that has dual role in providing but slowly releasing nutrition and plugging high permeability layer of reservoirs. Physical simulation flooding experiments showed that the gelled slow⁃release nutrition agent could significantly stimulate the endogenous microorganisms and functional microbes,increasing the overall bacterium concentration by 2 to 3 orders of magnitude. In addition, the efficiency of oil displacement was increased by 21. 8% and 53. 7% in parallel sand filling tube core experiments and single core experiments, respectively, suggesting that the gelled slow⁃release nutritional agent has a strong application potentiality in the process of MEOR. This research can provide some reference value in the development of technology for MEOR.关键词
