摘要

Abstract

Based on the geological conditions and development history of high temperature reservoir in ShengLi OilField and the community characteristics of the indigenous microorganisms, Zhan 3 was screened from 605 well block in medium and high temperature reservoir. Field test was carried out by stages.Tracking analysis showed that oil well yield was up to 86. 9 t/d from original 38. 9 t/d and the water cut decrease to 89. 1% from original 93. 8%. Up to March 2016, cumulative incremental oil production of Zhan 3 has been more than 3. 76×104 t,the current recovery increase has been 1. 73%. Endogenous microorganism was activated in Zhan 3 reservoir. Microbial community diversity was reduced evidently.It was tie in with the performance of oil production and injection wells.
