2012年-2014年我国护理核心期刊刊载护理管理高被引论文特征分析
Analysis of characteristics of highly cited papers on nursing management published in nursing core journals in China from 2012 to 2014

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution of highly cited papers on nursing management from 2012 to 2014 and reveal the research hotspot of domestic nursing management,so as to provide references for nursing management journal editors selecting topics and soliciting contributions.Methods:The bibliometric method was used,all highly cited papers on nursing management published in 1 2 kinds of nursing core j ournals which were reported in the China Science and Technology Journals Citation Reports(core version)(CJCR)2012 2014 were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,from the periodical distribution,subj ect distribution,fund and first author of academic qualifications and titles 4 aspects.Results:There were 2 1 7 highly cited papers on nursing management from 2012 to 2014 and there were 44 papers of funded literatures.The periodical distribution of highly cited papers was concentrated,and the key area of this stage was nursing human resources management. Funding mainly came from the provincial and college level.Bachelor degree and above,the charge nurses and the deputy director of nurses were the dominant population of published highly cited papers.Conclusion:Nursing human resource management was a hot research field which was worth paying attention to.Nursing periodical editiors could select topics and solicit contributions according to the distribution of authors and their research fo-cus,so as to better find out the high quality of manuscripts.关键词
