ICU男护士职业延迟满足现状的调查分析及管理对策
Survey and analysis of the status quo of vocational delay of gratification of male ICU nurses and its management countermeasures

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of vocational delay of gratification of male ICU nurses and its influencing factors,in order to provide related basis for the establishment of reasonable coping measures.Meth-ods:A total of 109 male ICU nurses received survey by using the Vocational Delay of Gratification Scale,Nur-ses’Psychological Capital Scale and Achievement Motivation Scale.Results:The score of vocational delay of gratification of male ICU nurses was 19.79±5.29,which was at a lower level,and the difference compared with the norm of domestic nurses was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of psychological capital was 45.21± 5.02,and achievement motivation score was 4.34±6.14.The male ICU nurses’marital status,job characteris-tics,job title and average monthly income had an impact on their vocational delay of gratification(P<0.05).The multiple regression analysis showed that influencing factors of vocational delay of gratification in male ICU nur-ses included psychological capital,achievement motivation,average monthly income,title and their marital sta-tus(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of vocational delay of gratification in male ICU nurse was lower,and it was influenced by a variety of factors,the nursing managers should effectively motivate the ICU male nurses, improve their treatment,help them formulate career planning,and maintain their physical and mental health.关键词
