终末期肝病患儿家长心理健康与社会支持的相关性研究
Correlation study between psychological health and social support of parents of children with end stage liver dis-ease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status of psychological health and social support of parents of children with end stage liver disease,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 144 parents of children with end stage liver disease were investigated by using the general health questionnaire(GHQ 12)of revised simplified version and the social support rating scale.Results:The psychological health score of parents of children with end stage liver disease was 34.8±2.3,total social support score was 38.9±3.8,objective sup-port score was 12.2±1.1,subjective support score was 20.5±1.9,availability score of support was 6.3±0.7, and the social support was at the medium level.Psychological health score was negatively correlated with total social support score.Conclusion:The psychological health status of parents of children with end stage liver dis-ease was poor,they obtained social support was only at a moderate level,and the both were negatively correla-ted.关键词
