脑卒中病人的社会支持与社会参与的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of social support and social participation in patients with cerebral apoplexy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status of social support and social participation level in patients with stroke,and to probe into the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 168 patients with stroke were inves-tigated by using the social support rating scale(SSRS)and the Independent Participation Questionnaire(IPA). Results:The total score of social participation in patients with stroke was 56.89±12.42,entry score was 2.28± 0.50;total score of social support was 40.59±4.93,objective support score was 12.38±2.25,subjective sup-port score was 19.86±2.73,degree of utilization of support score was 8.35±1.41;score of social support was negatively correlated with the score of social participation(P<0.01),namely,the better the social support was, the to social participation higher the level of social support was.Conclusion:Social support are closely related,we should pay attention to social support of patients in the rehabilitation nursing,guiding the family,community and society to give stroke patients more care and support,so as to improve their level of social participation.关键词
