八段锦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期病人生活质量的影响
Influence of Ba Duan Jin on quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into influence of Ba Duan Jin on the quality of life of patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods:The patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervention group(52 cases)and control group(51 cases);the patients in intervention group received Ba Duan Jin exercise based on conventional health education,the patients in control group con-ducted conventional walking on the basis of health education;two groups of patients received the quality of life evaluation by using WHOQOL BREF before the intervention,3 months and 6 months after the intervention and data analysis.Results:With longer follow up,the quality of life score showed a clear upward trend in two groups of patients,rising trend score of physiological,psychological,social relationship and environmental fields in intervention group were more obvious than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physiological,psychological,social relationship and environmental fields in intervention group in all follow up time points were much better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qigong Ba Duan Jin exercise could relieve the symptoms of patients with COPD in stable phase and improve their quality of life.关键词
