H IE恢复期患儿家长情绪与家庭亲密度适应性的相关性研究
Correlation study on parents’emotion and adaptability of family cohesion in recovery period of patients with HIE

Abstract
Objective:To explore relationship between parents’emotion and adaptability of family cohesion in ne-onates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)recovery period ,and analyze impact factor of emotion,in order to provide references for further intervention studies.Methods:176 HIE recovery period of children with parents were selected by using a convenient sampling method,and to investigate adaptability of emotional and family cohesion by using general data questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD),Family Co-hesion and Adaptability Scale(FACES Ⅱ).Results:About 70% of the parents had anxiety and depression tend-ency;actual intimacy of parents in the family compared with the domestic norm,the difference was not statisti-cally significant(P>0.05),the rest difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);scores of anxiety and de-pression were negatively correlated with actual intimacy、actual adaptability(P<0.01),and were positive corre-lated with intimacy not satisfied,adaptability not satisfied(P<0.01);self perceived stress,actual intimacy,HIE degree,personality characteristics,residence was an important influence factor of anxiety;self perceived stress, practical adaptability,rehabilitation therapy and residence were important factors influencing the depression of parents.Conclusion:Emotion of HIE recovery period of children’s parents should be concerned,the intervention should be extended to the children’s parents,and even the whole family,from the perspective of family func-tion,improve the situation of anxiety and depression in children with parents.关键词
