Abstract

The YN-1 catalyst Ni/TiO2-Al2O3 for the pre-hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline was prepared by impregnation and was evaluated in 200mL experimental installation with C9+ in the pyrolysis gasoline as feedstock. The YN-1 catalyst showed high activity and selectivity at low temperature,and good stability when it was used in the first stage hydrogenation of the C9+. Its industrial application in the pre-hydrogenation unit of Xinjiang Dushanzi Tianli Industrial Company was carried out. The results showed that the unit could run smoothly without the temperature runaway of the catalyst bed with the C9+ feedstock with gum level(100 mL oil) was more that 100 mg and bromine valene(100 g oil) was more that 95 g. The YN-1 catalyst could adapt to reaction temperature rise by more than 90℃. Compared to the feedstock,the contents(w) of styrene type aromatics, diene,dicyclodiene and indene in the products were reduced by 75.51%,91.00%,85.52% and 56.64%,respectively,without aromatics loss.
