基于磁调控微纳复合结构的电磁波特性研究
Research on the property of electromagnetic wave in nanostructure based on magnetic modulation

Abstract
Propagation properties of surface plasmons (SPs) were studied in layered nanostructure of graphene and semiconductor ,where an external magnetic field was applied. We derived the dispersion relations of surface plasmons in this structure and discussed numerically the effects of the frequency and graphene's chemical potential on the propagation lengths of SPs for different external magnetic fields. The numerical results show that the magnetic field has obvious influence on propagation length and that the cutoff frequency increases with the enhancement of the magnetic field. When the chemical potential remains unchanged ,the length of propagation also increases with the improvement of the magnetic field.关键词
