Abstract
Based on the water and bottom sludge samples of Yangcheng Lake and Tai Lake, we investigated the microbial diversity and community structure with the PCR and T-RFLP methods in order to analyze the reasons for the significant difference of the crabs bred in the two lakes from the microbiological perspective. The results indicate that the microbial diversity and community structure in the water of two lakes have no significant differ-ence in spring, but do have much difference in summer. The difference is significant in the bottom sludge of the two lakes in spring while it is small in summer. Community structure of bacteria in the water of Yangcheng Lake is more harmonious than that of Tai Lake. In Yangcheng Lake, the distribution of species is relatively uniform and the microbial diversity is also better. These all have an effect on the crab breeding. Thus, the environment of grown for crabs is relatively better in Yangcheng Lake.关键词
