Abstract
[Objective] To discuss present situation and features of acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).[Methods] Randomized controlled trails (RCTs) of acupuncture treatment on FD were searched and identified for the analysis of its current diagnosis and treatment characteristics. [Results] A total of 78 trails were in accordance with the inclusive criteria. The result showed that the most current standard of diagnosis of acupuncture treatment for FD is that from the RomeⅢDiagnosis Criteria;acupuncture would be the main theraputic method for FD, and also common with auricular acupuncture, warm needling and acupoint injection methods; the main acupoints in selection are Zusanli, Neiguan and Zhongwan;most commonly selected meridians are stomach meridian of foot-yangming and jueyin meridians; and most patterns of syndromes are Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, damp-heat of stomach and liver Qi invading stomach. The evaluation of therapeutic effects is inclined to clinical efficiency with self-protocal standards. [Conclusion] The results shows that therapeutic effects of acupuncture for FD are obvious while lack of rigorous evaluation critetia as well as reports on follow-up and adverse reaction.关键词
