Abstract
For reducing the wear of compression bands and wear-resistant plates, the replacement frequency of spare parts and maintenance work of COMAS-A1 tobacco cutter, a set of water spraying device for compression bands lubrication was designed. Via single-medium small-hole atomization nozzle test, purified water was determined as the medium for lubricating the inner side of compression bands. To achieve better atomization effect, external-mix dual-medium nozzles were employed and the flow rate of nozzle was set at 0.045 L/min. A uniform liquid film (without water-drop falling) was formed by taking 0.3-0.4 MPa compressed air as injection medium at an injection cycle of 40 s. The results showed that the water spraying lubrication effectively alleviated the wear of compression bands and wear-resistant plates, prolonged their working life by 40% and 100%, respectively. The cost of spare parts saved by more than 90 000 RMB yuan in two years, and maintenance work decreased as well.关键词
