Abstract
Based on current domestic MVNOs’ development scale and its deviation from the original forecasting, the paper analyzed its status quo deeply, and expended the analysis from three dimensions: markets and sales mode, innovation mechanism and policy openness. After that, the paper gave corresponding advices for MVNOs. Only by explicit positioning, carrying out the revolutionary innovation and employing an effective regulatory policy, can a larger development space for MVNOs be expanded.关键词
