Abstract
With the approach of the full liberalization footsteps of mobile resale business, how to strengthen the resale business innovation and leveraging the virtual operator’s development has become a hot topic. Based on advanced experience domestic and abroad, and the latest mobile communication standard technology guideline, this paper discussed how the latest mobile core network technology NFV can help virtual operator MVNO in the future market innovation, rapid introduction of new services, expansion of markets shares, offering market competitiveness, ultimately achieving mutual benefits between operators and users, and provided analysis on new technology’s application under MVNO scenario.关键词
