摘要
Abstract
ANR technology is a key technology of the LTE system. Due to the immaturity of the technology, it has not been used in large scale. Therefore, in a certain period of time, LTE cell neighborhood analysis and optimization is still important to network optimization. Based on analysis of MRE data, this paper proposed a method of cell neighbor optimization. The method is simple and efifcient, can also be used to improve the algorithm of ANR. The effectiveness and practicality of the method was proved by actual application.关键词
