摘要

Abstract

Under the background of the era in which big data has risen to the national strategy level, fully tapping the value of Telecom big data application is of great signiifcance to improve the social credit system. In this paper, a method of constructing a credit evaluation system based on Telecom big data was proposed using the method of multi index clustering coefifcient, and the information security and privacy protection strategy were discussed, then the business model was studied. The credit evaluation system was carried out with some relevant enterprises in practice.
