摘要
Abstract
This paper first introduced the concept of borderless enterprise theory. Accordingly, based on the experience of the reform of operation and maintenance system in GMCC (Guangdong Mobile Communications Corporation), this paper proposed speciifc methods of constructing the borderless organization for telecom operators, to getting through lateral borders, vertical borders and external borders. Practice has proved that borderless organization can effectively enhance organizational lfexibility and efifciency.关键词
