Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of CT in the diagnosis of uterine myoma and ovarian tumor.Methods From January 2013to January 2015,78 cases of uterine fibroids and ovarian cancer patients,including 36 cases of uterine fibroids,42 cases of ovarian tumors,all patients were treated by surgery and pathological diagnosis,according to the pathology of ovarian cancer and uterine fibroids group,all patients underwent CT examination, comparative analysis.Results The accuracy of CT diagnosis of uterine fibroids was 83.33%,and the accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cancer was 92.5%.The ovarian artery and ovarian vein in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in uterine myoma group,the difference was significant ( <0.05),with statistical significance.There was no significant difference in the uterine artery in the two groups, ( >0.05),no significant. Conclusion The value of CT in diagnosis of uterine myoma and ovarian tumor is higher,and it has important clinical significance for the differential diagnosis of the two.关键词
