单侧外固定支架结合负压封闭引流技术治疗胫腓骨GustiloⅢ型骨折效果探讨
Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Gustilo Type III Fractures of Tibia and Fibula by the Technique of Single Side External Fixation Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of III type Gustilo fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods There are 90 cases of tibia and fibula of Gustilo type III fractures (52 cases of male and 38 cases of female,mean age 48.72±2.16)were busy method into the research group and the experimental group,45 cases in each group.The study group was treated with unilateral external fixator combined with negative pressure closed drainage,and the control group was treated with external fixator combined with surgical treatment.According to the 4 aspects of the fracture healing time,number of fractures infection cases,wound healing time and the hospital stay to assess the effectiveness of treatment.Results All the patients were followed up for 12 months,with an average of 8 months.All fractures achieved clinical union.The study group:fracture healing time(4.92±1.24)months,wound healing time(8.92±1.24)days,length of stay(17.86±2.46)days,1 cases of fractures infection were included in these cases.The control group:fracture healing time(5.12±1.24)months,wound healing time(17.83±2.25)days,length of stay (30.62±4.33)days,and there are 4 cases of fractures infection.The wound healing time and hospital stay and post operative infection ratein the study group were significantly less than that in control group ( <0.05)there was no significant difference in fracture healing time.Conclusion External fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage technique in the treatment of III type Gustilo fracture of tibia and fibula patients with unilateral access to more ideal clinical treatment effect.关键词
