Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical experience of laparoscopic fenestration and drainage for hepatic cysts.Methods From December 2011 to December 2014,the clinical data and experience of 30 patients with hepatic cysts underwent laparoscopic fenestration and drainage were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operation procedures were completed successfully in all the patients,without conversion to open abdominal operation.The duration of operation was 30-80 minutes,averaged 50 minutes.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 4.5d.One patient suffered from postoperative bile leakage and cured by color-ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage after 1month,no other complications occurred.Conclusion Laparoscopic fenestration and drainage for hepatic cysts with less injury and rapid recovery was feasible and effective,and was easily received by patients,which has valuable in the clinical application.关键词
