Abstract
Objective Providing basis for prevention and control work by analyzing epidemiological feature of HFMD ,Suining in 2015.Methods By Using the method of descriptive epidemiology to Analyze the HFMD epidemic data of Suining in2015. Results The Reported cases are 2648 and the?morbidity of HFMD is about 80.51/100000,with 11 severe cases ,but no death report of Suining in 2015.The disease tends to be seasonal of which the main peak is from September to December,then from May to July and the patients with male to female ratio is 1.53:1.;the ages of the disease onset are mainly from 0 to 5 (97.17%),The lab had tested 233 specimens of the HFMD sample,which were confirmed as 50 positive specimens that contained19 copies of the EV71 positive samples,6 copies of the CoxA16 positive samples and 25 copies of the intestinal virus. Conclusion The appearance of HFMD have obvious seasonal、regional、gender and age differences.Should be aimed at the characteristics of HFMD in Suining, strengthen the prevention and control work of the key crowd, reduce the incidence of HFMD.关键词
