96例直肠癌患者新辅助化疗疗效观察OA
Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of 96 Patients with Rectal Cancer
目的：探讨新辅助化疗对直肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月~2013年6月我院收治的直肠癌患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，对照组实施直肠癌根治术，观察组在实施直肠癌根治术前进行新辅助化疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组经术前新辅助化疗后，多数患者肿瘤体积变小(33例，占68.8%)；观察组经术前新辅助放化疗后，肿瘤分期为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期的患者明显增多，肿瘤分期为Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的患者明显减少，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)；分别对两组…查看全部>>
