周岁绵羊 Gnαs 基因的生物信息学分析
The Bioinformatics Analysis of Gnαs Gene in one-year-old sheep
摘要
Abstract
The objectives of this study were to evaluate the bioinformatics analysis of Gnαs of one-year-old sheep. The complete sequence of Gnαs was got by RT-PCR,the bioinformatics analysis of Gnαs was conducted. The 1 810 bp of Gnαs cDNA in sheep was obtained. The Gnαs sequence encoded 395 amino acids. There were no signal peptide,one potential glycosylation sites and potential phosphorylation sites. The transmembrane structure of Gnαs was not found.关键词
