实验旨在对周岁公绵羊 Gnαs 基因进行生物信息学分析。通过 RT-PCR 获得 Gnαs cDNA 的全序列,对周岁绵羊 Gnαs 基因进行生物信息学分析。结果:成功获得了1810 bp 的绵羊 Gnαs cDNA序列,Gnαs 编码395个氨基酸,无信号肽,有1个潜在的 N-糖基化位点,存在有潜在的磷酸化位点,无跨膜区域。

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the bioinformatics analysis of Gnαs of one-year-old sheep. The complete sequence of Gnαs was got by RT-PCR,the bioinformatics analysis of Gnαs was conducted. The 1 810 bp of Gnαs cDNA in sheep was obtained. The Gnαs sequence encoded 395 amino acids. There were no signal peptide,one potential glycosylation sites and potential phosphorylation sites. The transmembrane structure of Gnαs was not found.
