摘要

Abstract

This experiment studied the influence of the different feed additives on the growth performance and the nutrients’ digestibilities of beef cattle. 42 15-month-old Simental crossing-breed cattles with the average weight of 326.57 kg±11.01 kg in good body condition were randomly divided into 7 groups (control group, group I,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ,group Ⅳ,group Ⅴ,groupⅥ). Each group had 6 repetitions which contained a cow for each. The control group was fed with base fodder and the test groups were fed with probiotics 1, probiotics 2, multi-enzyme preparations 1, multi-enzyme preparations 2, monensin and compound Chinese herbal medicine additives respectively for 60 days. The results showed that ,compared with the control group, each additive could improve the growth speed of the beef cattle, but there was no significant difference among the groups(P > 0.05),with the group Ⅵ as the best group. Each subject of additive could promote the nutrient digestibility of the beef cattle with some degree impacts. The EE digestibility of group Ⅵ was significantly lower than those in group I to group Ⅳ(P< 0.05),and there was a significant difference between NDF digestibilities of the group Ⅴ and group Ⅳ. The ADF digestibilities in group I and Ⅴwere significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ(P<0.05). As a result,every additive in this study could improve the growth per-formance and digestibility of the beef cattle with different influence degree.
