摘要

Abstract

Apple pomace is the waste of fruit juice production, which has high nutrition values. Apple pomace can be turned into feed by microorganism or be used to extract a variety of different products,such as ethanol,pectin,and dietary fiber. Microbial fermentation could improve apple pomace’s nutritive substance significantly,such as protein,amino acid,mineral and probiotics and decrease the materials which could not to be used easily,such as cellulose,pectin and tannin. This essay discussed the research status of apple pomace in producing protein feed in respect of nutritional value, fermentation, fermentation process and the product,in order to provide ideas and references for the large-scale production of biological feed by using apple pomace as main raw material.
