摘要
Abstract
The paper describes the existing conditions of the management of the authority in the investigation into maritime accidents involving fishing vessels and analyzes the existing problems with the authority of investigation and the opinions for dealing with the new circumstances it faces. It also conducts an in-depth study on the investigation authority management in view of typical cases within the jurisdiction, in the hope of providing reference for the management of the investigation into maritime accidents involving fishing vessels.关键词
