Abstract
The paper introduces the development of VTS watch-keeping procedures and emergency response managerial system as the demand of MSA IT application. It provides information link for the implementation of E-navigation strategy. The paper also makes a detailed introduction for the application of the system and proposes suggestions for subsequent upgrading.关键词
