摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize and evaluate the curative effect of combined therapy on local necrosis of nose after rhinoplasty by injecting hyaluronic acid.MethodsWe applied combined therapy,including the dissolution of hyahurondase,incising decompression,keeping warm,changing the dressing, expanding blood vessel and using anti-infective drugs and high pressure oxygen.Results96 cases in total, there were 20 patients fully recovered,63 with chromatosis,and 13 with scar.Conclusion The curative effect of combined therapy on local necrosis of nose after rhinoplasty by injecting hyaluronic acid is accurate. It is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
