果酸焕肤术治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluated the effectiveness and safety of acid in the treatment of acne.Methods From January 2015 to 2016 January, 90 cases of patients with acne were involved in the study and equally divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The treatment group patients used acid emulsion treatment, once two weeks until 4 times. The control group were treated with adapalene gel coat, daily use until for 8 weeks. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment and the patients were followed up for 2 months to assess the recurrence of acne, and to compare the therapeutic efifcacy and safety between the two groups.Results The efifciency of the treatment group and the control group were 88.9% and 42.2%; cure rate were 42.2% and 8.9%, the efifcacy of the treatment group signiifcantly more than the control group. There was a signiifcant difference between the two groups in efifciency and cure rate (P<0.05). There was no signiifcant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The acid treatment for the acne is safe and effective, moreover, the recurrence rate is low.关键词
