Study on the influence factors and level of self-efficacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To understand the influence factors and level of self-efficacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:We used demographic data questionnaire,arthritis self-efficacy scale 8,pain-VAS,hospital anxiety and depression scale,perceived social support scale,pittsburgh sleep quality index and the functional assessment chronic illness therapy-fatigue to investigate 128 patients with rheumatoid arthritis.The average score of self-efifcacy of the patients was(3.68±1.84),at a low level.The results of multivariate analysis showed that fatigue,pain and social support were associated with arthritis self-efifcacy.Conclusion:The self-efifcacy level of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our Country is low.The clinical medical staff and nursing should take effective intervention measures in the treatment process in order to help patients self-manage the disease,improve their self-efifcacy.关键词
