血小板减少与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究现状
Research status of the relationship between thrombocytopenia and helicobacter pylori infection
摘要
Abstract
Immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) is a common autoimmune disease in the department of internal medicine. The characteristic of the disease is peripheral blood platelet destruction led to thrombocytopenia and bone marrow mononuclear cell maturation disorder.Because its pathogenesis is not clear,glucocorticoid is still the main treatment method,after treatment,and the recurrence rate is high.At present,most studies suggest that helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection is associated with the pathogenesis of ITP,and anti Hp treatment can signiifcantly improve the effect of ITP treatment.In combination with literature,we review the current status of the study on the correlation between thrombocytopenia and helicobacter pylori infection.关键词
