The extraction process by orthogonal design for optimization of lumbocrural pain granule
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To take orthogonal design for the extraction process optimization of lumbocrural pain granule. Methods:In this study,the extraction and transfer rate of total flavonoids from Herba was selected as the target.We used orthogonal test L9(34)for the extraction process optimization of lumbocrural pain granule.Results:The best extraction process is to add 7 times of water,extract 2 times,2 h/times.Conclusion:Ensure the quality of preparation lumbocrural pain granule through the optimization of preparation process.关键词
